Food Suggestions to Maintain Cholesterol Level at Whataburger
Good burgers and fries. Master urged is huge and worth the price. Homemade onion rings are awesome. They serve catfish chicken tenders, sandwiches, and breakfast. Prices are reasonable and the food is solid. Lemonade is sweet and tart. If your are hungry and the area, give it a shot. This is a great local restaurant.

Not what it use to be! This place use to have the best burgers now they use frozen patties the size of McDonald's regular hamburger patties. There was no difference in the size of my daughter's kids hamburger and the Master Burger I ordered. Service was terrible when we went as we sat there with empty glasses for 45 minutes and waiting for the sad burgers for over an hour. They weren't even busy!

Went with my mother for lunch. We've always loved this place, and while it's famous for its burgers and southern cooking, I've always gotten the poboys and they're all delicious. Got the chicken one, while my mother got the shrimp. Each plate is easily two meals and always delicious. The philly cheese is always excellent as well.

It's really true that the have the best hamburgers in Alabama. Anytime you order they are always exceptional. They have daily lunch specials and a regular menu also.that includes breakfast with homemade biscuits. Yum. Oh, and try the fried green tomatoes and terrific fresh salads. Dessert choices of banana pudding and several choices of pie slices. Everything is tasty, from breakfast to dinner. I've never had bad food from this place and we eat there several times per week. Burger Master is a very casual laid back place to eat.

I love this place! I drive 15 miles from WEMO to eat with the fam. Great comfort food at a good price. I go for the burgers, but end up eating other option half the time. This place has a lot to choose from!

NEWS FLASH - SEPT 22 - A fire badly damaged the popular Burger Master Restaurant in the Eight Mile area of Prichard Thursday morning. Employees scrambled for safety and customers left behind half-eaten meals....Restaurant manager Larry Brooks said that he planned to meet with his insurance company and then rebuild and reopen as soon as possible. "Other than the brick walls, it's pretty gutted on the inside," Brooks said. Everyone light a candle please and say a prayer that the fire didn't destroy something that can't be replaced (like the grill or something). I've been eating at Burger Master since I was a little girl (that's a lot of years!) and they truly have one of the best burgers anywhere. When they do reopen - go a patronize them - this is a local TREASURE!! This is the kind of place that needs and deserves your business.
